Potter finale.
Final arguments have been made, even though the judge encouraged the parties to try to reach an agreement since the case law is so inconclusive, and he felt the case was "lawyer-driven," rather than in the best interest of either of the parties. The Wall Street Journal even reports that a respected intellectual property attorney thinks the case is too close to call. The judge is expected to take weeks to make a decision.
