Another Potter update.

Day two is over, and this time it was Vander Ark that fell apart on the stand. Wow. Also - at the end of the day, the judge publicly recommended to both parties that they consider settling the case. He said he felt the case was lawyer-driven, and it could literally go either way at this point, due to the complexity of copyright law. It could be that the cause of Fair Use gets nowhere with this case after all. Hmm.
